Richard Parfitt, MD
DOUBLE-BOARD CERTIFIED FACIAL PLASTIC SURGEON
Dr. Richard Parfitt is the founder and medical director of Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center and AestheticA Skin Health Center. As one of Wisconsin’s most well-respected facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Parfitt has performed thousands of facial cosmetic surgery procedures since opening his private practice in 1996. Dr. Parfitt is double-board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery and by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to his board certifications, Dr. Parfitt had extensive training in Okinawa, Japan and Beverly Hills, California. Dr. Parfitt consults with patients at the Middleton (Madison) or Appleton, WI offices or via virtual consultation.
Registered Nurse, Aesthetic Injector
Kally Joy, RN
Kally, RN, BSN is a board-certified nurse injector with a true passion for helping people feel confident through aesthetic medicine. Under the supervision of facial plastic surgeon Dr. Parfitt, Kally has received extensive training in injectables, HydraFacial MD, SkinPen® Microneedling, and VI Peels.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University in 2018, completing clinical rotations at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Kally began her nursing career on the Medical-Surgical Unit at Aurora Hospital before transitioning to the Pediatric Specialty department at American Family Children’s Hospital.
While she loved her time in the hospital, Kally found her calling in aesthetic medicine. She is passionate about continued education and is committed to providing safe, natural, and beautiful results for every patient she treats.
Kally believes that aging is a privilege—her goal is not to erase every smile line (her favorite!) but to help enhance and soften features in a way that supports natural beauty and confidence.
Outside the clinic, Kally enjoys time at home with her husband, their children, and two dogs. Life is beautifully chaotic!
